The estimated amount of this requirement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible bidders may submit a bid. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 11 September 1996. A limited number of bid packages will be available and issued on a first come, first serve basis.
