Phosphate coating requirement applies. MIL-I-45208 inspection criteria required. Proposed contract is a 100 percent small business set-aside. All or part of this action is an unfunded FY96 requirements. FOB is destination. The proposed contract will include a 100% percent option. Estimated issue date of this solicitation is 091996.
