Dupre, Contracting Officer, (505) 678-5134 (Site Code DAAD07) This modification to the synopsis for DAAD07-96-R-0119, published in the Commerce Business Daily on 19 August 1996, is Amendment 0001 to DAAD07-96-R-0119. The purpose of this amendment is to correct paragraph 2.4 of the Purchase Description in order to reflect the change from 1Ghz step tunability to 1Mhz step tunability. Paragraph 2.4 should read as follows: The FM microwave system shall be rapidly and continously tunable across the full 14Ghz (i.e. 14.4 to 15.2 Ghz) in the field without the use of any external equipment. The ability to change frequencies and be continuously tunable across the full 14Ghz band in 1Mhz steps is mandatory. Preset channelized tuning is not acceptable. Co-located transmitters/receivers shall be able to operate with a minimum of 100Mhz separation between operating frequencies. In addition, the closing date for this RFP is hereby extended to 1500 hours (MTZ), 03 September 1996 due to the delayed publication of the CBD synopsis.
