SPAWAR will use this IDIQ contract to order the following: Non-Developmental Item (NDI) retrofit kits and spares to upgrade already fielded AN/USC-38(V) EHF SATCOM terminals, training, technical support, and technical and administrative data. The retrofit kits and spares will be used in the different variants of the systems, as determined by platform, site and mission requirements. Retrofit kits and spares will require extensive integration into fielded systems to ensure that they meet terminal performance specifications.
