The work includes, but is not limited to purchase and installation of Archibus V10 software; creation of building maintenance tracking and reporting system using Archibus version 10 based on current system created with Archibus version 6.1; creation of user interface for field personnel to enter work requests and work order information using Microsoft Access; development of data download capability for field personnel to enter data off line and synchronize the data from their notebook computers with Central Region Headquarters via modem; provide additional Archibus V10 or Microsoft Access customization as needed not to exceed a total of 40 hours; startup and training.
