The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a modification against an existing contract with Vitro Corporation, Rockville, MD for the procurement of a facility cabling plant design specification for the Naval Security Station, Nebraska Avenue, Washington, DC. As designer of the SSP Information Technology technical architecture, Vitro is the only known source having the complete system familiarity required and the integration and interoperability in all critical aspects of the network architecture in order to ensure consistency, security, design goals, reliability, and installation and testing requirements.
