This is a solicitation for maintenance assistance to the Jefferson Metropolitan Housing Authority in Steubenville, Ohio. The successful contractor will perform an assessment of the maintenance operations, evaluate property sites, create a proposed Maintenance-Management plan, and implement major components of this proposed plan.
