The HUD Camden New Jersey Area Office is seeking the services of a contractor to perform inspections of single family properties prior to foreclosure by HUD. HUD will require a minimum of 350 and a maximum of 4000 inspections per year. The purchase order will include a base year and two one year option periods. The HUD Camden Office has jurisdiction over the following counties within the State of New Jersey: Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer, Ocean and Salem.
