S -- TRASH DISPOSAL Sol 843100-96-B-146 Due 092796 POC Contract Specialist, Dorothy R. Harris, 202-722-3188 The U.S. Soldiers & Airmen's Home (USSAH) has a continuing requirement for trash disposal. USSAH requires a dump site, within economically transportable distance, to dispose of approximately 1300 tons of trash per year. USSAH requires access to the dump site Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Saturdays 6:30 a.m. until 12:00 noon and all holidays except New Year's Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. The contract will be in effect from October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997, with two (2) one (1) year options. Solicitation packages will be available August 27, 1996. Packages may be requested by mail or by fax at (202) 722-3188, requests must include company name, mailing address, telephone number, fax number, and a point of contact. This is a non-restricted solicitation, all responsible, responsive offerers will be accepted and considered.
