The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract relationship with a private entity or entities to provide data entry professionals to assist in the entry of financial data relative to the implementation of the Federal Financial System for the U.S. House of Representatives. The RFP, base period of 7 months, calls for a minimum of four persons, referred to as Accounting Clerks, at any one time during the course of this contract, but the offerors are requested to have at least nine ready at all times for data-entry and related functions as described in the RFP.
