Work involves grit blasting of approximately 20,000 square feet of unpainted, rusting, carbon steel water tank and 120 feet of 54-inch diameter water pipe. Blast cleaned surfaces shall receive a 3-coat paint system as specified in the project paint schedule and in compliance with OSHA, federal, and AEDC regulations. Work is required in occupied facilities. The work shall be completed within 90 calendar days following Notice to Proceed. Foreign competition is allowed. See Note(s): 26. (0239)
