(I)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemmented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as Invitation for Bid #138-0178. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC-39. (IV) This solicitation is A 100% small business set-aside. LINE ITEM TWO: Offeror to provide Two (2) Cissel model L44CD42S, OR EQUAL, 110lb capacity steam dryers, with manual dual timer control, 4 steam coils, modular electrical systems mesh lint screen, ''V'' belt drive, separate fan & basket motors, reversing cylinder control, automatic backdraft damper, end cycle, drying, and cooling indicator lights, 208 volt, 60 cycle, 3 phase electric, white in color.
