70 -- TPM-96 SOFTWARE SOL 51-6-37 POC Linda Catterton, 301-457-1866 The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with the Database Solutions Company, 605 North Courthouse Road, Richmond, VA 23236, for the purchase of the following software program: TPM-96 (Total Performance Management Suite) consisting of: 2 Node license, DBScope (Oracle), Conf. Forecaster (Oracle), DBTune Server Edition, DBMonitor, C/SMonitor, CCAlarm, 3 days consulting services for installation and training on the tools, 12 months maintenance, telephone support, enhancements included and on-line documentation. This software package allows one to measure, tune, configure and maintain Oracle Databases. The software package must work with multiple databases from one single point, be non proprietary, provide configuration and capacity planning and be fully integrated. No solicitation package exists and requests for such documents will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered. However, concerns that respond must furnish sufficient information which demonstrates their ability to meet this requirement.
