Services will be required on an ``as needed'' basis. Work on aircraft is to be performed at DeKalb-Peachtree Airport. This will be a negotiated contract with price and other factors considered. Technical Evaluation Criteria to be considered are: I. Experience and qualifications of individuals to be used to perform service; II. Experience and knowledge of the business firm; III.
