The work to be performed under this project consists of constructing a new one-story, 14,800 gsf recreation facility building including associated site and utility work. The building, to be constructed of masonry walls and wood and steel roof trusses, shall house a gymnasium, art and crafts room, weight rooms, offices, snack room and locker rooms. The estimated cost range is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
