54 -- MODIFICATION TO EXISTING TRAILERS AND EXTENSION OF RENTAL PERIOD SOL N62477-96-M-6207 MOD POC Dolores Adams, Contracting Officer, Phone (301) 227-3128. The Carderock Division/Naval Surface Warfare Center, Headquarters, intends to modify an existing purchase order on a sole source basis with G.E. Capital Modular Space to: 1) extend the rental period; 2) add an additional 720 square feet of modular space; and 3) connect the trailers by constructing a breezeway. The existing trailers provide 1440 square feet of office space, presently occupied by our Customer Service Branch personnel. The trailers are in a limited access location requiring that the units be set by a crane. The location also restricts the size of the trailers. The rental period shall be through 30 September 1997, with an option to extend the rental period through 30 September 1998. (0241)
