This public notice is to request suppliers to provide a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS)/Non-developmental Item (NDI) Radio Control System (RCS) capable of remotely controlling radio resources within communication systems. The RCS must operate on a UNIX-based computer platform and enable equipment selection, frequency selection and equipment monitoring. In addition, the RCS shall provide a graphical user interface and allow for controlling various vendor's HF, VHF, UHF radios and automated antenna switching equipment. The RCD will be connected to a 10 Mbps ethernete Local Area Network, public telephone network or point-to-point HF radio links.
