66 -- LEVELING EQUIPMENT SOL 6-4322 POC Sandra Souders, Lawrence Frazier (301) 713-0854 The U.S. Department of Commerce/NOS intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Leica, Inc., Norcross, Ga., to purchase a Leica NA 3003 Digital/Barcode leveling sytem that meets the Federal Geodetic Control Subcommittee (FGCS) specifications for 2nd order class 1 leveling and fully compatible/interchangeable with existing Leica NA 3003 leveling system. Other offerors that have the ability to provide the above system are invited to submit information as to their capabilities and any other pertinent data to the address above, to be received no later than 15 days after the date of this notice.
