The scope of the technical, non-personal support services includes system security acquisition, design, development, validation, and life cycle support for automated information systems and networks. This solicitation will be 100% wet-aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) code is 7379. A top Secret facility clearance is required; access to classified information at a level up to and including TOP SECRET and Sensitive Compartmented INformation (SCI) is required. The government anticipates awarding a fixed-price labor hour contract for a base period plus four one-year option periods with performance commencing on or about 1 OCT 97. The anticipated solicitation release date is 9 NOV 96. The DSOW is currently available for downloading from the ISCCO Electronic Bulletin Board System (EBBS( in file library 96R0010, file name SOW1REV.doc (MS Word file). The EBBS can be access by dialing, using any communications program, ANSI VT100 or RIPGRAPHIC, (520)533-0132. Modems should be 28800 bps. The EBBS may also be accessed at TELNET 138.27.160.150, or via the Internet at http://138.27.160.150. If you have not previously logged into our EBBS, log-in as a new user and create your own password ad use it each time you log-in. The first time you log-in, you will be given thirty minutes of access time. Within 24 hours, you will be given full access. To locate the DSOW, go to File Library, select file, browse, and select the appropriate file library. Downloading of the DSOW will automatically lace a vendor on the Bidder's Mailing List, so please ensure all log-in information (e.g., company name, mailing address, point of contact, and phone number) is correct and complete. Industry comments on the DSOW are encouraged and shall be conducted via the EBBS. Hard copies of the DSOW will not be provided.
