D -- INTENTION TO MODIFY SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT N00600-96-D-0776 WITH MCORP TO INCREASE MAINTENANCE COVERAGE OF PROPRIETARY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Washington intends to modify it's sole source contract N00600-96-D-0776 with Mcorp to increase the number of sites covered under the contract. Currently this contract is for software maintenance of the Mcorp proprietary property management systems known as ''Billeting Automation Management System'' (BAMS) and Q-INN at 95 Navy Bachelor Quarters (BQ) located throughout the world. This contract will be modified to increase the total number of BQ sites covered by 15 sites from 95 sites to 110 sites.
