Provide one or more qualified mechanics and/or mechanic helpers to perform avionics maintenance for Forest Service owned aircraft based at DeKalb-Peachtree Airport, DeKalb County, Georgia. Services will be required on an ``as-needed'' basis. Work on aircraft is to be performed at DeKalb-Peachtree Airport. This will be a negotiated contract with price and other factors considered. Technical Evaluation Criteria to be considered are: I. Experience and qualifications of individuals to be used to perform service; II. Experience and knowledge of the business firm; III. Availability of backup personnel. Price will have the same importance as the Technical Proposal. This is a 100% small business set-aside. (239)
