The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Personal Services on or about September 3, 1996. Services are for Public Health Nursing which include patient care on diabetes, diabetes related problems, immunizations, communicable disease and maternal child health care, minimize disabilities as well as life-saving and support measures in emergency situations, will make 4-5 home visits per day and/or 8-10 other patient contracts, documentation on each patient contact will be made on the PCC, participate in quality improvement activities, program planned activities and staff meetings as requested.
