Q -- PERFORM MAMOGRAM TESTING SOL 680-34-96 DUE 092696 POC Paulette Z. Ingram, Contracting Officer (334/727-0550, X-3518) Contractor shall provide all service necessary to perform mammogram testing. Facility must be accredited by ACR (American College of Radiology). JCAHO accreditation is preferred. Examination must be done with dedicated, state-of-the-art mammographic equipment, with film-screen compression technique. Mammogram must be interpreted by qualified diagnostic radiologists who have privileges approved by Tuskegee VAMC, E.C.M.S. Facility must be in the vicinity where it is convenient for the veteran to obtain service. Inspection by a subcommittee for women veteran service may be necessary to assure quality of care, comfort, privacy, and safety to our veterans. Solicitations will be available August 26, 1996.
