The Navy has a requirement for the services of (1) Pharmacist to provide (5) months of service from October 1, 1996 through February 28, 1997 at National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD and intends to negotiate with Human Resource Systems, Inc. (HRSI), 2550 Huntington Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22303-1499 as the only source. See Notes 22 and 26. The Navy intends to extend Contract N62645-92-C-0034 with HRSI to provide continuity of services until the follow-on solicitation is awarded on a competitive basis. A firm fixed price contract modification is contemplated. The follow-on solicitation for this effort was advertised in the Commerce Business Daily on July 1, 1996 under Solicitation N62645-96-R-0032.
