The scope of the PM/CM Services under this proposed contract will include but not be limited to project management, pre-design, design administration design reviews, constructability reviews, administration and management of construction and service contracts, inspection and testing services, asbestos abatement inspection and testing, claims analysis, building surveys, and other reimbursable services. The construction contracts are estimated to be between $10,000 and 5,000,000. This procurement of PM/CM services will be accomplished using Source Selection procedures. The term of the contract will be one base year, with 4 one year options. The primary geographic area for the contract will be the State of Oregon. Projects may also be assigned in other areas of the Northwest/Arctic Region which consists of the States of Washington, Idaho, Alaska, and Oregon. The total cumulative contract amount of all work orders shall not exceed $1,500,000 for each year of the contract. Selection will be based on firms prior experience and qualifications as well as price. The solicitation package is expected to be available on or about September 20, 1996.
