The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Personal Services on or about September 3, 1996. Consultation Services which include training on mental health topics for the Indian Head Start staff and some parents as well as behavioral health classroom observations and assessments of referred children, at least 20 contact hours in the school and community to foster better communication and understanding between families, Headstart Program staff and Contractor. The Contractor shall develop a list of topics for inservice training provided periodically throughout the school year. Individual must be in the second year of a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry accredited by the American Board of Medical Specialties, or already have completed such a fellowship.
