The HUD Pennsylvania State Office (Philadelphia) is seeking the services of a single family property manager (Real Estate Asset Manager - REAM) to manage properties owned by and/or in the custody of HUD, located in Northwest Philadelphia and the State of Delaware. Offerors must have experience in performing property management duties and must possess a valid Delaware and/or Pennsylvania Real Estate brokers license. Offerors will be required to submit a technical proposal describing their experience in single family property management. For evaluation purposes technical evaluation will be considered more important than price. The RFP will contain a base year term of one year and provisions for two one year option periods.
