The work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide hydrostatic testing services for approximately 6,540 linear feet of JP-5 fuel pipeline. Diameter of pipeline varies between six inches and 14 inches. SIC Code 7389 applies. The contract includes option provisions to extend the term in subsequent years. The total term of the contract will be a 12 month base period plus four option years. If the government does not award a follow-on contract in time, the government may require the contractor to continue performance for an additional period up to six months under the Option to Extend Services Clause. In either case, the Government will not synopsize the options when exercised. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. If adequate interest is not received from SB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unresticted without further notice.
