Contractor to provide Performance-based training classes in Microsoft software for the following subjects: Access 2.0 for Windows to include: Fundamentals, Tools & Techniques & Database Modeling; Excel 5.0 for Windows to include: Fundamentals, Tools & Techniques, Workbook Automation and Flexibility and Advanced Data Analysis and Reporting; Mail 3.0 for Windows Fundamentals; PowerPoint 4.0 for Windows Fundamentals; Publisher for Windows Fundamentals; Schedule Plus for Windows Fundamentals; Word 6.0 for Windows to include: Fundamentals, Tools & Techniques and Managing Long Documents. Contractor to provide Not-To-Exceed five (5) classes per month (dates & subject to be provided to the contractor by Management Information Department Representative with at least one week notice) for approximately twelve (12) students in contracting facility's computer training room #6022. Provider must be willing to: (1) Load software on all training PC's. (2) Provide a step-by-step training manual & training disk (3.5'') for each registered student which becomes the student's property upon completion of the training course. (3) Provide after class direct trouble call support for each registered student concerning course material. (4) Include Post-Test evaluation to measure the adequacy of training.
