The U.S. Marine Corps has a requirement to teach Communication Skills to recruiting candidates at the USMC Recruiters School, Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, CA. There are 6 classes each Fiscal Year with approximately 250 students per class. Knowledge of the USMC Recruiting Program/Mission is essential. Non-disruption of training is considered critical. Coordination with the Director of the Recruiters School and the Marine Advisor/instructors is also essential for smooth operation of the USMC Recruiting Program.
