The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting for an English as a Second Language Instructor for the Federal Correctional Institution, 15801 S.W. 137th Ave., Miami, Florida 33177. The work schedule will consist of five (5) sessions per week, each session will last six (6) hours, not to exceed thirty (30) hours per week. All sessions will be conducted from Monday through Friday. The contractor will be responsible for the following: ensuring that the English as a Second Language (ESL) program is administered on a non-discriminatory basis and that it meets the needs of the non-English speaking inmates as well as developing, teaching and managing the ESL program.
