A project to construct two short roads totaling 0.48 miles and reconstruction of four roads totaling 8.20 miles. Work consists of reconditioning of roadbed, excavation, clearing, culvert replacement, etc. Located on the Lowell Ranger District. Take I-5 south of Eugene to Highway 58, to Lowell Road; follow to Unity and Big Fall Creek Road. Take Winberry Road around the south side of Fall Creek reservoir, about 6.5 miles to the beginning of the project. Estimated start work date is October 25, 1996. Contract performance time is 290 calendar days. Government's estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000.
