Provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment, appliances and supervision required to ``Upgrade Base Heating Systems Phase III'' at Selfridge ANG Base MI. Work includes, but is not limited to, removing thirteen (13) buildings (offices, maintenance shops and warehouse type buildings) from the Base central heating plant system and providing new individual heating systems for the buildings. The new individual heating systems for the buildings are mainly hot water, gas fired boiler system with some building heating systems augmented with overhead infrared heaters. Additional project work includes, but is not limited to designated demolition of steam piping, valves, equipment and walls as they relate to construction of new mechanical rooms; providing new doors and frames, and roof patching. All work shall be constructed as per Plans and Specifications titled VGLZ929903, ``Upgrade Base Heating Systems Phase III''. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance period is 270 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to proceed. There is a $100.00 nonrefundable charge for the solicitation package. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered for award. This is an unrestricted solicitation. (240)
