Hardy, Phone (703)604-1920 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a contract with Sikorsky Aircraft Company, a division of United Technologies, for the procurement of repairs and overhaul of components. Repairs and overhaul are required to maintain the flight readiness for the VH-3D and VH-60N Executive Helicopter program. Sikorsky Aircraft is the sole designer and manufacturer of the Executive Helicopter and is the only known firm which possesses the knowledge and expertise capable of meeting the complete government requirements for this effort. - NAVAIR Synopsis No. 30137-96.
