The Federal Computer Acquisition Center (FEDCAC) has completed the pre-qualification evaluations of the prospective Prime Contractors and their major subcontractors. Based on the information received for the TELIS pre-qualification, the firms deemed to be best qualified, to be potential Prime Contractors are: Booz Allen & Hamilton; Allied Signal; and Electronic Data Systems. The Department of Energy (DOE) will conduct a facility tour at each of the DOE headquater sites on September 10, 1996. An information exchange will be hosted by the FEDCAC Contracting Officer at DOE Headquarters on September 11, 1996. Pre-qualified prime contractor offerors and other prime contractor offerors interested in submitting a proposal in response to the TELIS RFP are invited to attend both of these functions. Each prime contractor is limited to four attendees at each session. Inclusion of subcontractor personnel is at the discretion of the prime, but, each team is not to exceed four individuals.
