Requirement for nonpersonal professional services for management support of the naval ordnance center Atlantic Division (navordcen lantdin) including wpnsta's Earle, NJ, Yorktown, VA, and Charleston, SC, naval ordnance centers and Pacific Division (navordcen pacdiv) with detachments at Fallbrook, CA, port hadlock, WA, wpnsta's Seal Beach, CA, and Concord, CA, naval ordnance centers. This contract may be utilized to support other Department of Defense activities and Federal agency requirements which enhance the mission of this command and the united states Navy. Requirement includes providing security, ordnance, industrial engineering, research, management analysis, process analysis and other management support services with independent studies, detailed analysis and recommended solutions in the following general task areas: program management support, data management support, methods and systems analysis support, weapons systems program support, security support, information support, general fiscal support, management support services, and transition support. Requirement includes contractor providing necessary qualified personnel, materials, equipment, and facilities for total management support of Navy systems, subsystems, equipment, and components. The services shall be performed at the navordcen commands located at Yorktown, VA, Charleston, SC, Earle, NJ, Concord, CA, Seal Beach CA, Fallbrook, CA, port hadlock, WA, Indian head, MD and the contractor's facilities. Work may be performed at other government installations within continental united states (CONUS) and outside the united states (oconus) as directed by delivery orders. An indefinite quantity contract will be awarded for this requirement.
