The work shall include removal of the tanks, procuring required permits, dispose/recycle of the tanks off-base at an authorized recycling center, sawcut and remove asphalt, remove and dispose of liquids/sludge, triple rinse tanks and dispose of rinsates, disconnect/remove all piping from tanks, excavate contaminated soil surrounding tanks, sample soil to ensure proper cleanup of the site, back-fill and compact area and provide certification that all disposal has been properly handled.(0242)
