PY'94 Renovation To Dining Hall at the Woodstock Job Corps Center in Woodstock, Maryland. The work to be performed under this project involves the improvements to an existing dining hall including the addition of a new exit door and exterior stairs, serving line and kitchen equipment, HVAC and lighting. The estimated construction cost range is $100,000 to $250,000. The estimated completion time is 224 calender days. Requests will be answered on a first-come, first -serve basis until supplies are exhausted. For requests made after the supply is exhausted, the Contracting Officer may determine whether payment of a fee is warranted. The non-refundable fee shall not exceed the actual cost of duplication of the IFB documents, plus COD charges. A pre-bid walk-thru is scheduled October 22, 1996, at 9:00 a.m. local time.
