Work includes remove each set of boom sticks and rewrap them with new cable and associated materials. Replace all chain, shackles, and flounder plates used in connecting the boom sticks to each other, the anchor footings, the pile dolphin, and the wave abatement wall. Remove existing west debris boom anchor footing. Install new anchor footing for west debris boom. Estimated Range $25,000.00 to $100,000.00.
