Shelley, Contracting Officer 208-378-5112 The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement to provide services to revise, redraw or create new drawings for the Grand Coulee Power Office, Grand Coulee Washington. The majority will be electrical drawings. Provide engineering drafting services utilizing LeRoy-type lettering on mylar, vellum, photo mylar, and sepia materials or in AutoCAD. The work to be performed falls into two major categories: (1) preparation of new engineering drawings from rough or finished sketches, marked prints, etc. and (2) revisions to existing original drawings from marked prints to reflect changes or to show as-built status of a feature or portion of a feature. The quantity of drawings to be redrawn, revised, and created is estimated at 1,000 per year. Approximately 15 to 20 percent of the drawings each year will be redrawn or newly created drawing work. The Contractor also must furnish microfilm of the drawings as follows: (1) original aperture card and three (3) copies of same to correspond with drawings sent. We anticipate awarding an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract, base year plus four option years. All requests for this solicitation must be in writing or by fax at 208-378-5108. All sources responding to this synopsis shall submit information relating to business status, including identification as to whether small, large, minority-owned and/or women-owned. For this acquisition the small business size standard is $5,000,000 annual revenue and the standard industrial classification code is 7389. This is a total small business set aside.
