The employees are located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area; St. Louis, MO metropolitan area; and Philadelphia, PA. The Contractor shall provide conflict resolution services including informal EEO counseling for workplace dissatisfactions; present a variety of training sessions to explain and promote cooperative problem; providing tracking and reporting data; and resolve allegations of discrimination raised by applicants for employment. The agency is seeking to solve specific workplace disputes and to train the workforce in conflict resolution skills. The Contractor shall be in involved in both efforts.
