The Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Southeast Regional Office, will be issuing solicitation for solid waste disposal services. This requirement is for the Federal Correctional Complex, Coleman, Florida, 33521. The complex is comprised of four different but interrelated facilities. These include the Low facility, Medium facility, Warehouse facility and the Camp facility. This service will require providing for the following: Base Year, Date of Award thru 12 months from date of award - two (2) 30 cubic yard compactors operated with a keyed push button control switch and lockable hopper doors, these compactors will be located one each at the Food Service Dock for the Medium and Low facility; two (2) 30 cubic yard open top containers to be located at the Warehouse/garage area. Frequency of pick-ups will be three times per week for Food Service Docks and twice weekly for Warehouse/Garage area; option Year One, Services during 13 thru 24 months from date of contract award, three (3) 30 cubic yard compactors and two (2) open top containers. Compactors to be located one each at the Food Service Docks for the Medium, Low and Camp facilities; open top containers to be located at the Warehouse/Garage area. Frequency of pick-ups will be three times weekly for the Food Service docks at the Medium and the Low facility, twice weekly for the Food Service Dock at the Camp and the Warehouse/Garage area; Requirements will remain the same as Option Year One for the following option years: Option Year Two (2), services during 25 thru 36 months from date of contract award; Option Year Three, services during 37 thru 48 months from date of contract award; Option year Four, services during 49 thru 60 months from date of contract award. Emergency pull services shall be available within twenty four (24) hours of receiving the call. Pick up days for Food Service Docks (Medium and Low) will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM; Warehouse/Garage area will be Tuesdays and Thursdays between 7:30 AM and 2:30 PM.
