S -- REMOVAL OF INFECTIOUS AND CHEMOTHERAPEUTIC WASTE SOL IFB 642-23-96 DUE 092796 POC Greta Turner, Contracting Officer, (215) 823-5174 Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, vehicles and equipment to remove, incinerate and properly dispose of infectious and chemotherapeutic waste. This will be done in strict accordance with Pennsylvania Code, Title 25 Chapters 271-285, Municipal Waste Regulations, Resources Rules and Regulations PA Act 1988-93 & EPA Guidelines. The contract will be effective from date of award until 9/30/97, with two (2) one year options.
