This project consists of the rehabbing of a +- 28 foot by 122 foot space located on the second floor of building 1302FA located at Hanscom AFB in Bedford, MA. The principle items of work include but are not limited to raising the existing sunken floor +_- 16 inches, upgrading the walls, closing in 3 each existing double doors to single doors, upgrading electrical and finishing walls. This project is a firm-fixed simplified acquisition procedure. The magnitude of construction is $25,000 to $100,000. The period of performance will be 30 days from the date of award. The site visit is scheduled for 10:00 am local time on 17 SEP 96. Bids are due by 12:00 pm local time on 23 SEP 96. The Statement of Work will be provided at the site visit.
