Removal of underground diesel storage tank at the HU HU Kam Hospital, Sacaton, Arizona and replace with above ground storage tank. Contractor to furnish all labor and materials required to accomplish the necessary work. Award will be made on Base Offer. The proposed purchase order listed herein is Set-Aside under the Buy Indian Act for 51 percent Indian owned and controlled firms. Offerors who are NOT currently certified by IHS or BIA are required to submit proof of ownership and eligibility for Indian Preference under the ``Buy Indian Act''. Estimated performance period is 90 days. Estimated magnitude is $25,000 to $45,000. Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for this project.
