AH-64A TADS/PNVS Program Systems Support for fielded Army Systems (FY) 97 requires related support to include logistic support, publications, data, peculiar ground support equipment, engineering, computer software, offsite support, DAR 6 screening, and in-hours support for TADS/PNVS related offsite activity. Prequalification is required. All qualification documentation IAW procedures contained in Section L of the solicitation. The Government intends to enter into a sole source contract with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Electronics and Missiles, 5600 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32819-8907 under the authority and Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. This is a follow-on requirement for the TADS/PNVS Support requirements. Interested sources are encouraged to identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer.
