Synopsis Number 0354-96-- This synopsis is issued to amend synopsis number 0121-96, published March 15, 1996. Confederate of Independent State (CIS), formerly Soviet Union, wheeled and tracked vehicle spare parts to support the following additional ground target systems: Armored Personnel Carrier (Model BRDM-2), Truck (Model GAZ-66), Armored Personnel Carrier (Model MTLB), Tank (Model T-55), Tank (Model T-62), Truck (Model URAL 375), and Truck (Model ZIL-131).--A copy of a Dual-Use End User Certificate and Export License from CIS country is required. A firm-fixed-price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with mulitple awards.--A reading room will be available to review parts lists and technical manuals for each system, beginning September 3, 1996.
