This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; written quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 60280. This acquisition will be processed in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for Small Business-Small Purchase Set-Aside. Standard Industrial Classification is 3825. The requirement consists of nine (9) Laboratory Digital Signal Processors, Brand Name (DAC RCW320T) or Equal that meets the following salient characteristics: Must be fully compatible with Tektronix TM500 series power modules (double width), Must not weigh more than 16 lbs, Must contain at least a 256 order adaptive digital filter with adjustable filter order, adjustable prediction delay and have adapt/freeze function, Must have an adjustable comb filter with notch depth and upper notch frequency limit control, as well as adjustable notch width, Must have a band width of at least 30 to 7000 Hz (analog), Dynamic range greater than 80 db, Line input adjustable from -6 to +8 dbm, Line output (0 dbm), Headphone output (adjustable), Highpass and Lowpass filter with at least 55 db attenuation per 300 Hz. Also, should have selectable cutoffs in 50 Hz steps, Bandpass and bandstop filter with variable high and low cutoffs (greater than 50 db rolloff per 350 Hz), Dual 150 Hz wide notch filters with centers adjustable from 250 to 6500 Hz (45 db notch depth), AGC with adjustable attack and time constant adjustable from 10 to 400 msec and have adjustable gain, Signal generator capable of generating sinewave, white and pink noise with adjustable levels.
