66 -- REMEDI HIGH SENSITIVITY DRUG PROFILING SYSTEM POC Rita Delgado, 818/895-9357, Contracting Officer The VA Medical Ctr., 16111 Plummer St., Sepulveda, CA 91343 intends to negotiate solely with Bio Rad Lab, Hercules, CA to purchase a REMEDI High Sensitivity Drug Profiling System (Automated, Color 110V) Model 195-7103. This purchase meets government's minimum need of being automated, cartridges specifically for each drug of abuse and classes of drugs. No manual pretreatment is required. No solicitation document is available and requests for such will be considered non-responsive. This is not a request for competitive proposals, however all concerns able to meet the above requirement shall demonstrate their capability in writing to this office by 9/18/96.
