The project scope includes the construction of a 100,000 gallon ground storage tank, booster pump, piping appurtenances, standby electrical generator, distribution pipeline(s), and fire hydrants all to be located on the Ft. Tuthill Air Force recreation site at Flagstaff, Arizona. Firms which possess the qualificatins to perform the design services specified above are invited to submit two (2) copies of their completed 254's and 255's, A/E and Related Service Questionnaire for Specific Project. The selection will be conducted with the combined use of the SF 254, SF 255, and the criteria listed below. A/E selection criteria will include: (1) Professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of design, (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required, (3) Professional capacity of the firm to accomplish the work in the required time, (4) Past performance of the firm on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules, (5) Location of the firm in the general geographical area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the project, (6) Demonstrate success in prescribing the use of recovered materials and achieving waste reduction and energy efficiency in facility design, (7) Volume of DOD (dollar value) work done in the last three years.
